We designed the Handheld Ghost FX Filter as an extension to our circular Ghost FX filter series. The benefit of the handheld Ghost FX option is it allows for complete freedom when dialing in the exact effect you are going for. Our Ghost FX Series of Circular & Handheld FX filters are designed to recreate a ghosting / motion blur / replicating style effect that is commonly found in long exposure + shutter drag photography. The handheld version also unlocks the ability to recreate a more organic "lens-whacking" effect as well.

We offer 2 different sizes and strengths! Our 150mm is geared more for larger cinema setups, while our 100mm is more compact and ideal for smaller form factor setups!

The 150mm version was designed to cover any lens / camera setup. On more cinema camera builds where you are using larger prime lenses + mattebox accessories, the 150mm version works beautifully!

If you are interested in the Ghost FX but want a version you can thread directly onto your lens and rotate, we have 2 versions available. Version 1 is very similar to the Handheld Ghost FX where it creates a singular ghosting effect off your subject.
The circular Ghost FX V.2 creates a double ghosting effect of your subject. Both versions come in different circular sizes and are fully rotatable allowing you to dial in the exact look you are going for in camera.
