Handheld Double Split
The Handheld Double Split was designed in collaboration with cinematographer Brian Beckwith! He had the idea of making a handheld FX filter with 2 +1 Diopters being built with a center opening spaced between both diopters. This allows you to create an in camera edge blur effect while keeping your subject in focus!
Create In Camera Transitions
The Handheld Double Split can be used to create seamless in camera blur transitions which are created from the 2 +1 diopters.
Designed with BBTHEDP
We partnered with cinematographer Brian Beckwith (BBTHEDP) to design our first ever Signature Series line of FX Filters. He had the idea to create a handheld double split diopter!
