There’s always been 1 continuous flaw when it comes to the world of VND’s and it’s that they’ve never catered to the true nature of a cinematographer. For the longest time, we never understood why filter companies never implemented traditional cinema stops & markings into a variable ND filter along with some other frustrating problems/issues as well.

With our frustrations with the current VND products on the market, we designed and built an all in 1 VND that hits every aspect we’ve been wanting from a VND filter. Introducing our new “Cinema Hard Stop VND” Complete with traditional cinema ND stops & markings ranging from .3 to 1.5 to allow you to dial in the exact strength of ND that you need in an instant to get the perfectly exposed shot, hard stops at each end that will not allow you to over crank the filter which results in that traditional ugly color shift and “X” vignette you get with other companies VND’s, Front and back facing threads to allow filter stacking, lightweight and portable, and as always a promise to make it affordable.
